Leanne is a qualified and registered teacher with a Bachelor of Education (Secondary Business) and extensive experience working with children, young people, and higher education students. Leanne's passion lies in education, with a strong focus on student wellbeing and supporting individuals to achieve their best outcomes based on their unique skills and interests.
As a graduate of the Leadership Onkaparinga Program, Leanne has taken on leadership roles in education and community initiatives.She was the founding member of The Parenting Playground Inc. and the business owner of Little Lessons Australia, demonstrating her commitment to supporting families and learners.
Leanne has extensive experience advocating for and supporting students with diverse learning needs. Her work focuses on empowering young people to navigate their own pathways through career transitions, work experience, vocational training, and volunteering opportunities. As a mentor, Leanne supports students to develop confidence, executive function skills, and practical life skills to support their independence and future success.

Lauren is a registered teacher, experienced educator and consultant, offering early intervention supports, educational consultancy, transition assistance, and therapeutic skill-building across southern Adelaide.
With over a decade of experience in disability and special education, she has worked across mainstream schools, disability-specific programs, and alternative education settings.
Currently completing her Master’s degree to become a fully qualified Developmental Educator with a specialisation in Deaf and Hard of Hearing education, Lauren is passionate about supporting teenagers in developing executive functioning skills and preparing for employment.
She values working with a range of ages, providing advocacy and skill-building opportunities that empower young people to achieve their goals and develop self-advocacy skills within their communities.
Lauren also brings personal insight into her work, with lived experience of disability and hearing loss within her immediate family. She actively uses Auslan and AAC with her own children and is navigating the complexities of family advocacy within the NDIS. Her deep understanding of both professional and personal aspects of disability strengthens her ability to support families with practical, compassionate, and tailored approaches.
