🧠 Mentoring
Do you struggle with organisation, time management, meeting due dates?

We offer one-to-one mentoring to help you reduce overwhelm and manage everyday tasks. Learn to start tasks, manage your time, plan, schedule and follow through using real-life responsibilities - school, work, study, or home. Take control of your day with checklists, colour-coded books, reminders, and support to create routines. Practical tips help students stay organised and manage day-to-day responsibilities with confidence.
Suitable for teens, young adults, and anyone wanting tips to stay organised. Flexible, strengths-based support (not therapy or tutoring).
Sessions available in person or online. Contact us here to find out more.
📍 Moving to a new school or place of study?
Transition Points

Moving to a new school, TAFE, or university can feel overwhelming. We help students to get organised, familiarise themselves with their new environment, connect with supports, and make sure they have everything they need - from books and uniforms to transport plans and maps.
Hands-on guidance to reduce stress, build independence, and start the next chapter with confidence. We also help with public transport training.
Available in person or online. Contact us here to find out more.
🗣️ Advocacy Support

One-to-one advocacy helps young people communicate their needs and ensure teachers, trainers, or employers understand how best to support them. Build confidence, access the right supports, and succeed at school, study, or work.
